2. PMP Framework and Knowledge Areas I

3. PMP Framework and Knowledge Areas II

Summary:

Explore cost, quality, risk, and procurement management. Includes budgeting techniques, risk logs, and procurement documentation.

4. Agile Project Management & Scrum

Summary:

Covers Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, team roles, and product management tools for iterative delivery.

5. Project Initiation and Planning Workshop

Summary:

Hands-on creation of a charter, stakeholder register, scope statement, WBS, and project schedule using real templates.

6. Project Execution and Closure

7. JIRA for Agile Project Management

Summary:
